The breakfast options blew my mind for the price we paid, around $60 USD. That would get you a 2-star motel in the states with maybe cold cereal and coffee, if that. There was lots of fresh fruits and juices, some local things I've never seen before, a really cool coffee machine, a beautiful dining area, and friendly waitstaff. They had some hot options that I didn't try, but only because I wasn't very hungry yet. My only 'complaint' was how warm and muggy the hallways were for a 5-star hotel, but this seems to be pretty normal there from what I understand. The A/C inside the room worked well. There was also hot water in the shower which was great considering I had only cold water elsewhere for the previous 8 days of my visit. That seems to be a luxury! Also, the shampoo/liquid soap/lotion they provide smell phenomenal!! Probably the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at, honestly and they give you plenty of it. The bottles aren't single use. The towels were actually pretty good too for a hotel. Usually they can be pretty scratchy. The comforter on the beds were cozy. They had plenty of TV channels available in English, which was nice too. They offer an airport shuttle for 65,000 COP which is nice to have, but I took an Uber for ~50,000 COP if you're looking for something cheaper. I didn't have much time to explore the area, but we found Olio/Jade cafe nearby which was amazing! My friend said they had the best burger she's ever had in her life! There are plenty of other good options within walking distance, and it felt very safe. We also stopped in at the Aria grocery store for some drinks to bring back to the room, and the next day I took an Uber back and forth to the zoo. It was about $1.50 with tip in USD for that and the ticket was 28,000 COP. It's a small zoo, but very pleasant. All in all, this hotel met our needs and was the first place we went where the locals spoke English. That was a nice touch.

The Hotel room and facilities were very clean and organized. I liked the pool area even though we only used once. The breakfast was delicious. The room had all the essentials with 2 double beds . The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was good. Also, the Hotel location is great around restaurants, and malls, and the staff was friendly.

Javier

The breakfast was excellent with a variety of food to choose from and menu changes daily0 The room was comfortable and spacious, but the bathroom was a bit small. It looks exactly like the photos. The neighborhood was a safe, nice area with a lot of facilities around such banks, restaurants, exchange shops, malls, and supermarkets.

Haidy

Pool area was lovely. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. A shout out to Senora Fang on the desk who was great. Breakfast was fantastic. Cost was very reasonable. Great restaurants nearby hidden away along leafy boulevards.

Nicholas

The room was super spacious and clean! The breakfast was varied and the juices were freshly pressed. The staff was extremely attentive. The hotel looks really nice. Definitely worth the stay, and would come again!
